A school improvement plan is a central document we use to map out our strategic plans for the development of the nursery. Our School Improvement Plan (SIP) is based on our established values and sets out the actions and resources needed to achieve the objectives.

The main priority for our SIP is that it is based on evidence of where we are at currently and realistic aims are based on how to best support our children and families. It is a living document that is continuously updated throughout the year and it’s evaluated at the end of the academic year.
